Purpose
Last Documents, Inc is an organization founded with the sole purpose of helping individuals create and register their Advance Health Care Directive. This charge, while simple, gives individuals, along with their family, friends and loved ones the peace of mind that their health care decisions are known and can be followed when situations arise that prevent them from doing so by themselves.

Organizer
My name is Alan. I organized this entity after an unexpected and near fatal vehicular incident by a hit-and-run driver and also just days after helping save another individual by performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation at a local gym, as a Good Samaritan. It became apparent we don't plan for the unthinkable to happen at a young age. In hindsight, my lack of planning would've placed my wife of twenty-five years in very difficult situations had I survived in a state requiring someone else to make my healthcare decisions.
Prior to my involvement with Last Documents, Inc., I have served different entities in various roles from controller, analyst to operations director. Over the last twenty years, I have developed ideas that delivered remote education, and was one of the initial innovators in telemedicine for respiratory care management. I also enjoy the privilege of serving others in my roles as a volunteer and a public servant.
Today, it is an honor to continue my lifelong passion of helping others and you.
Oversight & Management
Our operations and development are overseen by a comprehensive Board of industry leaders with specialized education and background in the medical, legal and business management. The oversight is tasked with guiding us in protecting your information, including compliance with regulations meant to keep your information out of the hands of others not authorized by you.
